This Wednesday night I will have the great fortune of performing with the one and only Ms. Eileen Khatchadourian. Eileen and I met in 2009 at a church in Beirut while she was rehearsing for Midan, an album that won the 2009 Armenian Music Award’s Best Rock Album. After reading some poems I had published with the wonderful Armenian Poetry Project back in 2010, Eileen reached out and asked me to write a few songs for her, two of which we will perform this Wednesday night.
